When will my order be dispatched?

Providing your order has been placed before 2pm you order will be dispatched same day (excluding weekends).
We will email you to confirm order and its dispatch with a tracking number.
Please note orders on Friday placed before 2pm will be dispatched on Friday and will arrive after the weekend.
Orders placed on Friday after 2pm will be dispatched on the following Monday.

Orders may be delayed if we need to chase up additional information.
To ensure speedy processing of your order please ensure you include all address details including street name and house number.
Including your telephone number can greatly improve delivery as sometime our couriers need to phone you to confirm details.
If you are ordering from outside of the UK it is very important you include your phone number.
Placing an order during bank holidays, festive periods and similar occassions may have a delay, please allow time when ordering and be understanding if there is a delay.
