Prime Skatepark hosts featured sessions that cater to the local demand and are specially designated for this purpose. We offer exclusive sessions for tuition, beginners, under 13s, core skateboarding, girls and non-binary, and mature users of all abilities.

Skateboard Tuition
Prime Skatepark, located in Plymouth, has been offering beginner's skateboard lessons every week since 2010. Our SBGB-trained coaches provide a unique introduction to skateboarding that is suitable for people of all ages and skill levels. We believe that everyone can learn to ride a skateboard, regardless of their experience. Our sessions are perfect for absolute beginners, and we guarantee that even those who have never stood on a skateboard before will be able to ride it in no time. Join our fun session and community spirit every Monday & Wednesday from 16:30 to 19:00.

Old Man Mondays*
'Not just for blokes' This is a fun mixed-ability & gender session for old friends to socialise, practice their skills, and introduce newcomers to the activity in a relaxed atmosphere.*Over 40-year-olds pay only £5.00 on the door.

Come and join our warm and inviting community where everyone is made to feel very welcome. Parents are also well looked after with our new cafe & social space.
We specialise in teaching skateboarding to absolute beginners. Parents can relax, enjoy a coffee, and socialise with our staff and community.
